I have been part of the ND³ and AccessRULES team for over three years, bringing more than a decade of experience in the industry. My work primarily focuses on NDT training, procedure development, and consulting. Transitioning from a field technician to an instructor was a challenge at first, but the support of the ND³/AR team made the shift both rewarding and seamless. I currently hold ASNT Level III certifications in Magnetic Particle Testing and Radiography, with plans to add Liquid Penetrant soon. Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth, I strive to expand my expertise so I can pass on valuable knowledge to our students, helping them build strong foundations in the field.

I manage the reservations for our New Orleans, LA location. I love my job because of how welcoming everyone is. We get along very well and really feel the family vibes. From the moment I came in for my interview I felt very welcomed and I knew that ND³ and AccessRULES was the right decision. I knew the company was the right fit for me because I felt that my co-workers cared about each other and for me, the work that has to be done would keep me busy and be challenging, and I love busy. I come from working in a Doctor’s office and I can say I much rather this field. The job can be challenging, I knew nothing about this kind of work until I started . It has become very interesting and exciting to work here with the loving people of ND³ and AccessRULES and the people that come here to learn or call in to ask of our classes. I started working here in 2023 and loved it ever since. Everyone is so helpful and awesome, the true meaning of ‘team’. My job here is mostly to make sure students get scheduled and receive all the paperwork they need to make their week here successful. I also communicate with our customers to make sure we get their students in our courses. I’ve been with ND³ since 2013. More amazingly, I’ve worked with Dwight for over 22 years! I deserve a special spot somewhere, I know that. I handled all the administrative processes when we first started, although now, I work mostly with the accounting side of the business. I wear other hats as well, supporting our team as best as I can. It’s been an amazing ride filled with ups and downs, but I find it very special to be a part of something that has grown from just Dwight into the wonderful company that you will find today. My job has allowed me to meet many individuals from different walks of life. Although there are many facets to my job, the end result is always the same—either it balances, or it doesn’t. It’s nice to have something definitive. I’m very grateful to have so many customers who are easy to work with, responsive and understanding. We are all part of the same great team!

Hi, I’m Dwight, the President of AccessRULES and ND³. My career in NDE started with a radiation safety class in 1983 and progressed through many positions in the industry from technician to safety officer, to manager, and finally with business owner. We founded ND³ and AccessRULES with the belief that we could provide our customers and students with the best training available in industry through a higher level of care and respect towards them. Since then, we’ve grown into a valuable partner for the inspection and rope access industries. We often provide consulting and customized courses which helps our partners overcome the challenges they face. I love teaching, mentoring, and caring. I love learning, being mentored, and I love being cared for. Our team, although occasionally dysfunctional, are always respectful and epitomize “professional”. Our ability to bond with the people and companies with which we interact amaze me every day and make me know that we made the right decision to care deeply and continue to make good decisions to better serve our clients and students. I hope to have ND³ and AccessRULES training centers throughout the world so that we can reach as many people as possible and, as individuals and as a team, change the inspection and rope access world. I have been involved with ND³ and AccessRULES since its inception, initially supporting my husband, Dwight Witter, from the sidelines and contributing in any way I could. Over time, my involvement evolved significantly, and now I proudly serve as Director of Social Media. With a rich and varied career spanning over 40 years in Marketing, Admissions, Enrollment Management, Development, Financial Aid, Floral Design and business owner, I have consistently helped to shape the success of several organizations, projects, and initiatives along my professional journey. Each role allowed me to sharpen my expertise and contribute meaningfully to the organizations and fields I love. In July 2023, as I contemplated official retirement from my regular fulltime position, ND³ and AccessRULES invited me to develop and enhance the organization’s social media presence. This opportunity has truly been a blessing. After retiring in June 2024, working with ND3 and AccessRULES has allowed me to channel my vast marketing knowledge into this new endeavor. It ensures that I remain engaged and fulfilled in my post-retirement life. As the Director of Social Media, I am committed to elevating ND³ and AccessRULES to new heights. My strategic vision and innovative approach help make the organizations a household name. My dedication and passion will contribute to the success of ND³ and AccessRULES, ensuring its growth and recognition in the industry.
