ND³, LLC hasn’t built its’ reputation on just high quality and retention training, we are known for our other services, too. Whether you need advice or authoring of a procedure, consultation and auditing of your program, or require third-party certification for qualified individuals, we will ensure that the work is done properly. Our clients rely on us to give them sound advice and work product to help build their NDE and Safety programs to be compliant and beneficial to all.

Consulting

With our experiences, both in the field and running companies, we’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to have a successful program, whether that program is NDE, Quality, Safety, or Management. You can rely on ND³ to author programs or program components that satisfy your requirements the first time. We don’t appropriate blocks of information from others; we write documents based upon your needs and ensure the feel is consistent with your existing programs.

When you need advice on implementation of new methods or technology for your workforce, we do our research and find what will work best for your particular situation. There are no boilerplate solutions that fit the industry, just an honest opinion of what will work best for you.

When a company is on retainer with us, we try, very hard, to get that client self-sufficient and are happy when the program and people grow and don’t need our services as often so change from a retainer to an occasional service arrangement. Auditing

Compliance with a program or program parameter is difficult to measure, especially when the auditor and the audited are the same company or individual. ND³ performs many audits of many programs, developing comprehensive audit checklists based upon many different contract, specification, or code requirements. We offer unbiased assessment of your program and present our findings in a clear and consistent document meant to serve as a road map to improvement. The word “audit”, when it comes to people has such a negative connotation in many minds. Our approach is not confrontational but rather about taking the compliance issues and making them coaching opportunities by engaging the people with which we’re interacting. We believe that we can deliver better results within your workforce by being empathetic in ensuring non-conformances or opportunities for improvement are effectively communicated through engagement.

Certification

What could possibly tell your customers that your technicians are ready for their project than making sure these team members are qualified and certified properly? ND³ believes that a third-party certification in accordance with your Qualification Standard is essential to credibility. There have been many instances where in-house certification amounts to no more than a kiss on the forehead and a pat on the backside and a hope that they don’t mess things up.

Our Certification services doesn’t begin when you send a technician to take the tests, it is a process that begins when you call. We ask to be provided with your Written Practice and Method Procedures so that we can author relevant tests based on the work that the technician will actually do. We ask for the training and experience records for the individual to verify that they are qualified and prepared for the examinations. After the certification session, we provide value added documents indicating success. Rely on ND³ to train and certify your technicians, you’ll be glad you did.
